Your wedding with us will start with the collection of guests from the desired location and ensure they are transferred to The Lodge in comfort and style. Your ceremony may be held on-site; we have all-weather options catered for boasting panoramic views.
Activities are available for your guests to enjoy and multiple bridal photography locations are available on the property. A specially tailored menu to suit you and your guests will be served while you continue to enjoy the day’s celebrations.
Your ceremony may be held onsite, as we have covered all weather conditions, each boasting panoramic views. Our ceremony areas both provide a romantic and intimate space to share your vows.
After you’ve said ‘I do,’ your guests can enjoy canapés, bubbles and a range of light-hearted activities while your photographer takes some snaps before guiding you around the property to explore a number of secluded locations that provide the perfect backdrop for your memories.
Enjoy a delicious seasonally crafted menu prepared by our resident Head Chef Jeroen. Celebrating farm to table ingredients, along with carefully selected wine pairings, your cuisine can focus on the Shared Platter Style or a more traditional Three Course setting.
The Painted Barn is a privately-owned accommodation option for the night before and/or the night of your Wedding. The Barn comprises of 2 bedrooms, 3 Queen beds, 1 King bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 large living areas, pool table and balconies with views overlooking the farm.
We also have a list of local Air BnB’s if you are looking at spending the night away.
What’s included…?
Kauri Bay Boomrock is an all-inclusive venue and our experienced wedding team will coordinate with your chosen vendors; as well as take care of all operations and logistics including set up, pack down, catering, beverages, and transportation. Upon arranging your site visit our wedding team will brief you on all venue inclusions.
Planning help
We are always available to help you when you're planning your wedding; our run sheets are set up on a shared Google Doc so they can be accessed from anywhere and are worked on live. We also have a full list of suppliers (Wedding Planner Guide) which is available upon booking of the venue.
Seating capacity
Seating arrangements can be discussed with our wedding team as Kauri Bay Boomrock can accommodate up to 200 guests seated or 250 in a cocktail environment.

Kauri Bay Boomrock provides an outstanding venue for your wedding day, personally tailored and unique for you.
We recommend arranging a site visit to discuss your plans with our experienced Wedding Manager.

Transport
Due to our property being on a fully functioning farm we coordinate all transport on and off the premises. There is limited parking available upon consultation.
