Ollie began his hospitality career at Boomrock in Wellington as a young man and has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
When he finished school he carried on to achieve his degree in Hotel Management and left New Zealand to gain international experience and extend his knowledge of the business.
Ollie ran operations in luxury hotels around the world including The Savoy London, The Fairmont Kea Lani Maui and Raffles Praslin Seychelles where he did everything from organising day to day operations to hosting many international ‘A’ listers (you might be able to get some info out of him!)
After 12 years abroad, he returned home to branch out the family business and launch Kauri Bay in Auckland. Combining his overseas experience in meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service with our local NZ charm has given Kauri Bay the advantage with an unparalleled hospitality offering.
